Please review the information below before contacting us — most issues are resolved quickly using these guidelines.

1. Course Access Issues

If you have purchased a course but cannot access it, please check the following first:

  • Ensure you are logged in using the same email ID used for purchase

  • Check your dashboard / “My Courses” section

  • Allow up to 10 minutes after payment for access to be activated

 

If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction ID.

2. Payment & Billing Support

For payment-related issues such as:

  • Payment deducted but course not unlocked

  • Duplicate payment

  • Invoice or transaction confirmation

Please email us with:

  • Registered email ID

  • Course name

  • Transaction ID

  • Date of payment

 

📌 All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

3. Refund Requests

Refunds are handled strictly as per our Refund Policy.

Before requesting a refund, please ensure:

  • Your request falls within the 7-day eligibility window

  • Your case meets the eligible conditions mentioned in the policy

 

Refund-related queries must be sent via email only.

4. Technical Support

For issues related to:

  • Video playback

  • Login problems

  • Website errors

  • Device or browser compatibility

Please include the following when contacting us:

  • Device type (mobile / desktop)

  • Browser name

  • Screenshot or screen recording (if possible)

 

This helps us resolve your issue faster.

5. Course Content & Learning Support

If you have questions related to:

  • Course structure

  • Lesson sequence

  • Software requirements

 

Please refer to the course description or demo videos first.
For additional clarification, contact us with the course name clearly mentioned.

Monday to Saturday — 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST)

 Response Time:

 

  • Usually within 24–48 working hours

  • Delays may occur on Sundays or public holidays
