All courses available on Skilovio are digital educational products delivered online. Once course access is provided, the content is considered made available to the user.
2. Refund Eligibility (7-Day Window)
Refund requests will be considered within 7 days of purchase only under the following conditions:
Payment was successfully completed but course access was not granted due to a technical issue
The same course was purchased more than once by mistake
A verified technical problem from our side permanently prevents access to the course
Dissatisfaction with teaching style, trainer, or course content (not applicable if course completion has reached more than 50%)
All refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
All courses available on Skilovio are digital educational products delivered online. Once course access is provided, the content is considered made available to the user.
If the course has been completed (more than 50%)
Lack of time or inability to complete the course
Failure to attend, follow, or complete the course
Incompatibility with user’s device, software, or internet connection
Requests made after 7 days of purchase
4. Demo & Preview Content

We provide demo videos or preview lessons for selected courses. Users are strongly encouraged to review the available preview content before purchasing. Purchasing a course indicates acceptance of the course structure and content.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
